Damages & Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and send a video or photo of the issue. We’ll fix it as soon as possible.

Need a different item?
Return your current one first. Once it’s accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected.
